Eady's Farm

Eady's Farm

This farm was situated off the High Street behind the row of shops opposite The Red Cow site. It was an 18th century stone and thatched farmhouse and was demolisihed in the 1960's. The original farm buildings included the barn now occupied by the shop on the High Street just past Churchill Way.

This building (pictured below) used as a barn belonging to the farmhouse survives and was occupied by the Robinson family after the demise of the farm. It is now used as a store by Turner's electrical business.
